Raspberry sweet bites

80gr frozen raspberries

3 tbsp cocoa

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp vegan butter (can sub with normal butter)

stevia

salt

  1. Heat the coconut oil, butter and raspberries in a pot and stir
  2. Add your raspberry mixture into a mixer (or a blender, your choice) along with the rest of the ingredients
  3. Mix
  4. smooth your fudge into a baking tray and freeze for about 1-2 hours
